1. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the iteration and optimization of core weight technologies, with a primary focus on in-depth R&D and application of new materials such as JF-1 non-magnetic stainless steel, to enhance product accuracy and service life; - Undertake the structural design and parameter calculation for customized weights (e.g., sensor calibration weights, high-precision metrological weights), and develop feasible R&D solutions based on customer requirements; - Assist in refining production processes and optimizing weight manufacturing workflows (including cutting, grinding, and polishing) to resolve technical challenges encountered during production, thereby improving production efficiency and product pass rates; - Monitor domestic and international metrology industry standards (such as OIML R111 and JJG 99) as well as cutting-edge industry technologies, and conduct innovation-driven research aligned with the company’s operational realities; - Record R&D data, prepare R&D reports, organize technical documentation, and participate in the development and refinement of the company’s technical specifications and standards; - Collaborate with the production and testing departments to provide technical support, ensuring the smooth transfer and implementation of R&D outcomes.
2. Job Requirements: - Education: Associate degree or above; candidates with majors in Metrology Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Automation, or related fields are preferred. - Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years or more of experience in the R&D of measuring instruments and precision components are preferred; recent graduates are also welcome to apply (additional points will be awarded to those with relevant internship experience and a solid understanding of weight products). - Professional Competencies: Familiarity with industry standards for metrology; understanding of the properties of metallic materials such as stainless steel; basic capabilities in structural design and process optimization; proficiency in CAD and other design software; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Personal Qualities: Adherence to the philosophy of “precision first, craftsmanship in every task”; meticulous and detail-oriented; innovative thinking; excellent teamwork, communication, and execution skills; ability to deliver R&D tasks in a practical, results-driven manner. - Other: Alignment with the company’s corporate culture; willingness to dedicate oneself to the R&D of high-precision weights; readiness to undertake periodic technical surveys and process optimization initiatives.
