Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end accuracy testing of finished and semi-finished weights, strictly adhering to domestic and international metrology standards such as OIML R111 and JJG 99, conducting value calibration and error analysis to ensure that every weight meets accuracy requirements and that measurement values are traceable; - Proficient in operating various specialized metrological testing instruments (such as electronic balances and weight calibration devices), performing routine instrument commissioning, calibration, and maintenance in accordance with established procedures to ensure proper instrument operation and accurate, reliable test data; - Carefully record test data and error information for each batch of products, complete test record forms in a standardized manner, and issue compliant test reports with precision, ensuring data integrity, legible handwriting, and proper archiving; - Liaise with the production department, promptly report any product accuracy issues or process defects identified during testing, assist in root-cause analysis, propose targeted improvement recommendations, and help enhance product pass rates; - Strictly comply with the company’s testing management system, uphold the principle of “accuracy first,” prevent non-compliant products from leaving the factory, and safeguard the company’s reputation and the integrity of the metrology industry; - Organize and archive test reports and technical documentation, monitor updates to metrology standards, and promptly adjust testing procedures and methods to ensure compliance and efficient operations; - Collaborate with R&D and after-sales departments to provide technical support for testing, assist in developing customized testing plans for special-order weights, and respond to after-sales testing inquiries. 2. Job Requirements: - Education: Associate degree or higher; candidates with majors in metrology and testing technology, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, metrology engineering, or related fields are preferred; candidates holding a metrologist professional qualification certificate (beginner level or above) will receive additional points. - Experience: 1–2 years or more of experience in metrology and testing; priority will be given to candidates with experience in testing weights and precision measuring instruments; recent graduates are also welcome (additional points will be awarded to those with relevant internship experience and familiarity with metrology standards). - Professional Competence: Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of metrological testing, familiarity with relevant standards such as OIML R111 and JJG 99, and ability to independently operate testing instruments such as electronic balances and calibration equipment; strong data-analysis skills, capable of accurately identifying product accuracy deviations and preparing standardized test reports. - Personal Qualities: Rigorous and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and a “no-compromise” work ethic; excellent execution and team collaboration skills; clear communication; strict adherence to testing procedures and company regulations. - Other: Alignment with the company’s corporate culture, commitment to metrological craftsmanship, willingness to specialize in weight testing, ability to adapt to regular testing duties, and refusal to engage in perfunctory or fraudulent practices. 3.
